For as long as I can remember, I’ve been drawn to people – to their stories, their struggles, and their potential for growth. Long before I ever called myself a coach, I was the person others turned to when they needed someone to truly listen.
With over 20 years of experience leading Human Resources in the corporate world – and an MBA specializing in business consulting – I built my career around one belief: that people are every organization’s greatest asset. I poured myself into developing the leaders and teams around me, and what came back was a steady stream of trust, growth, and the words that stayed with me: “you helped me see things differently.”
