About
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been drawn to people – to their stories, their struggles, and their potential for growth. Long before I ever called myself a coach, I was the person others turned to when they needed someone to truly listen.
With over 20 years of experience leading Human Resources in the corporate world and an MBA specializing in business consulting – I built my career around one belief: that people are every organization’s greatest asset. I poured myself into developing the leaders and teams around me, and what came back was a steady stream of trust, growth, and the words that stayed with me: “you helped me see things differently.”
Today I bring all of that – the corporate experience, the CTI coaching certification, and a lifelong love of learning, into a practice built on warmth, authenticity, and deep human connection.
My Passion
Becoming a mother of four children (3 boys and a girl if you wondered) was my real breakthrough – not because it was separate from my leadership journey, but because I realized they were the same journey.
Raising a big family and leading a team ask exactly the same things of you. You want each person to thrive – as an individual and as part of something bigger. You want to help them perform at their best, find their next step, and believe in what they’re capable of. You look for ways to connect and communicate that build relationships rather than erode them. You want to influence, while giving freedom. And through it all, you know that your own growth isn’t optional – it’s what allows you to show up fully, day after day.
That insight — that the best parenting and the best leadership are rooted in the very same values — is the spark behind everything I do. It’s what moved me from HR leader to coach, and it’s what I bring into every session.
My Goals
I work with leaders who want to lead with more purpose – not just to perform, but to genuinely inspire. My goal is to create a space where you can slow down, look inward, and reconnect with what truly drives you.
I want to help you lead authentically – with vulnerability, openness, and the courage to be a real role model. To communicate in ways that build people up. To grow yourself so you can keep growing others.
Most of all, I want you to leave every session feeling clearer, lighter, and more connected to the leader – and the person you were always meant to be.
